ARKIS Shipping Policy


We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible and in the most brilliant condition.

• If an order gets cancelled, undelivered or is lost in route to your preferred destination, we will refund the whole order amount comprising of shipping charges.

• In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

• In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won’t be refunded.

If you decide to self-ship the returns, you’ll be reimbursed owing to our Returns Policy.


1.  Can you tell us the shipping charges on ARKIS products?

For orders valued, ARKIS mentions the shipping rates for, within India, on all products. 


2.  How long does it take for an order to reach us?

We strive to process all the orders and also ship within a day. The exact time of shipping is dependent on availability of some products; which will be discussed during the course of ordering the product. According to the shipping address that must be within India, after ordering, it could only take anywhere between 2 to 5 days for the order to be delivered. A rare case may dictate for the order to get delayed due to the non-accessibility of the address.


3.  Does ARKIS deliver any product outside India?

At this time, ARKIS does deliver its products anywhere outside India. Also orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery can only be made in India.


4.How would I get to know whether I live in a serviceable area or not?

If you wish to know about the serviceability of your region, you may talk to us at (0120-4519505) and provide us with your pin code. For delivery outside of serviceable regions, extra delivery charges may apply*


5.I have ordered from ARKIS before, and I received the product then; however I’m unable to place any order to the same address now!

Some of the pin codes which used to be serviced by ARKIS earlier are now unserviceable because of courier issues. If you place an order with these pin codes now, we will be unable to fulfill or even take the order that you’re trying to place. You can provide another address whose pin code is serviceable and you’ll be able to place the order successfully. Do contact ARKIS Customer Care (0120-4519505) to know about the pin codes that are serviceable.


6. On your website, you say dispatch within 24 hours, but the delivery takes much longer. Why?

We process the orders and dispatch them within a day (24 hours). After dispatch, the delivery of the order takes two to five business days to reach the delivery address.


7. What are the means of delivery?

Depending upon the location and your reach, ARKIS also employs other domestic service providers that are reliable, for the delivery of its products.
